Nothing but nothing beats cooking in cast iron. Been using one for a year, and it’s been another one of those “holy-crap-we’ve-been-sold-yet-another-bill-of-false-goods-regarding-the-inherent-superiority-of-new-fangle-dom” experiences I’ve been having a lot of in the past few years.   Fuck Teflon.
